FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

 

We help you keep up with basic maintenance around the property to maintain or increase your property's value. Staffed with an outstanding maintenance department, we are able to provide bulk pricing on supplies, offer rehabilitation management services, complete annual maintenance inspections, and oversee an extensive preventive maintenance program. Our main objective is to maintain community standards in regard to aesthetics, health, cleanliness, safety, and preservation of Association property.

 

In order to achieve this goal we provide the following services:

• Initial inspection of the property.

• Provide owner with an annual maintenance schedule for their approval.

• Schedule and perform maintenance inspections.

• Repair services including minor electrical, plumbing, and painting jobs.

• Perform annual hurricane inspection (beginning of the hurricane season)

• Create and implement a preventive maintenance program.

• Oversee on-site custodial personnel services.
